‘Sometimes, if you want something that’s not there already, you have to make it happen yourself …’, comes the introduction to Agreed Magazine – a new free street press for Brisbane. Unearthing the city’s creative talents, the determined artists who root themselves to Brisbane’s evolving culture, Agreed uses Q&A interviews and articles told in the artist’s own voice to convey intriguing personal stories. The creative folk covered in Issue #1 are united in their desire and determination to make their art happen, on their own terms. Amongst those featured in this debut edition are Elroy 4.0, Pearce Leal, Jodie Green, Vaughan Boucher, Kaj Totoro and Sophie McDonald.
