The Fleet Store pops up at Old Government House
In its fourth year, annual pop-up fashion boutique The Fleet Store returns to the QUT Gardens Point campus for 2014, this time finding its residence within The Billiards Room of Old Government House.
The pop-up shop is organised by QUT fashion and business students, and gives emerging designers the opportunity to showcase and sell their unique wares to the public. Students with a penchant for visual merchandising have transformed The Billiards Room into a modern and inviting shopping destination for the two-week period between September 15–29.
The space will be filled with a well-edited collection of accessories, garments, artwork and zines from final year QUT fashion students and alumni, including SOOT by Edwina Sinclair, Holly Ryan Jewellery, Bronte Armstrong Earrings, 1989 by Tess Gard, Bianca Mavrick, Gossamer, Siobhan Byrne, Micha The Label and The Stitchery Collective. The Fleet Store will be open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
