Sea urchin shells, driftwood, flotsam and jetsam and natural jute rope combined with all matter of delicate plants is what you will find hanging from the market stall of Terrakoka Garden Treasures.

Ann Carter from Terrakoka Garden Treasures collects anything and everything that catches her eye – items that she envisages creating into beautiful terrariums, kokedama, air-plant hangers, mini succulent gardens, and indoor and outdoor pot plants. Ann’s decorative items for her garden treasures are always kept as natural as possible and when it comes to shells, she is passionate about ensuring that they are coming from sustainable sources rather than robing the ocean of living creatures. Ann also tries to home-propagate as many of her plants as she can, especially the delicate succulents.

Step under the Terrakoka Garden Treasures tent at the Red Hill Farmers Markets and the Eagle Farm Markets (each alternate Sunday) and you will be surrounded by an eden of wonderful and intricate plants growing on driftwood, bulbous terrariums and earthy kokedama, all with their own unique ecosystem allowing nature to thrive inside your home.
