Get fit for free with the Medibank Feel Good Program

Make good on those new year’s resolutions you’ve so conveniently ignored and get your butt down to South Bank for free fitness classes on the Little Stanley Street Lawns.

There’s no doubt the cost factor of taking a yoga or pilates class is a huge con for many of us – or sometimes just a handy little excuse – but now the Medibank Feel Good Program is throwing away the course fees and inviting all of you down to the Little Stanley Street Lawns for free fitness classes. Running over two months from next Monday February 23 to Friday May 1, participants can choose from seven different classes, from low-impact yoga to high-energy Zumba.

There’s no need to bring a wallet or make a booking – simply turn up to your chosen morning class with drink bottle, towel and a mat if necessary. Join yoga on Mondays, pilates on Tuesdays, bubacise, flow and energy classes on Wednesdays, Zumba on Thursdays and abs & butts on Fridays. The folks from Kiss The Berry The Acai Specialists are also offering class participants a free taster at their new store on Grey Street. Find class descriptions online.
