Vine adds a healthy option to East Brisbane’s brunch scene

Offering a menu that is jam-packed with nutritious options for breakfast through to lunch, Vine is filling gaps in the market and our tummies with delicious superfood.

Situated along the bustling thoroughfare Lytton Road, Vine has established itself as an inviting spot for commuters, fitness fanatics and hungry brunchers to grab a coffee, smoothie or wholesome bite to eat. Noticing a need in the area for healthy options, Emma Hutchinson jumped at the opportunity to occupy a space in a new development in order to cater to locals looking for raw treats, gluten-free options and java. The space caters to dine-in and takeaway eaters, offering treats, snacks and more substantial fare – all with the common theme of being equal parts healthy and tasty.

Vine’s menu is divided into smoothies, acai bowls, tea and coffee and the all-day breakfast and lunch menu. The smoothies are packed with fresh, locally sourced fruit, with refreshing combinations including ingredients like mango nectar, mixed berries, dates, protein powder and coconut oil. The breakfast and lunch menu features a mixture of wraps, salads and healthy nachos, as well as energy boosting breakfast toasts. A range of breads can be topped with avocado smash, cream cheese or house-made peanut butter and then topped with even more nutritious goodies such as feta, corn salad, mixed berries, banana, raw honey and toasted granola. If you need some coffee to go with your post-gym feed, Vine serves Bellaroma’s Botanica blend, as well as a range of teas. Check the Stumble Guide for contact details and opening hours.

The Stumble Guide is our comprehensive Brisbane dining guide with more than 2400 places to eat, drink, shop and play.
