The yellow label of Veuve Clicquot is recognisable across the globe as one of the top-shelf champagne brands available. Airstream manufactures a range of travel trailers that are as close to palatial as a camping trailer can be. The two brands have joined forces over the years to present Veuve Clicquot Airstream pop-up establishments across the world, and for the entirety of October the Gasworks will be playing host to this lavish ‘classic garden-themed’ project, which comes complete with bright yellow deck chairs, tables, garden hedges and a full bar.

All month, the Veuve Clicquot Airstream bar will be set up at the Gasometer, nestled near Reef Seafood and Sushi, which is supplying the food all month. A sleek aluminium trailer serves as the bar, around which patrons can relax and enjoy a sumptuous selection of seafood paired with a glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne. The food menu includes tasty morsels such as oysters, Mooloolaba King prawns, miso scallops, crumbed tuna and cheeseboards. Veuve Clicquot will also be offering a selection of drops, including vintage and rosé varieties. The Veuve Clicquot Airstream pop-up bar will open on Thursdays through to Sundays from 1:00­–9:00 pm.
