The Street Photographer: Harvest, Newrybar

Nestled just off the Pacific Highway, Harvest Cafe is the cornerstone of tiny town Newrybar. Located just a short drive south of Byron Bay and Bangalow, Harvest Cafe is renowned for using fresh and organic seasonal produce across its breakfast and lunch menus. The cafe transforms into a bistro and watering hole on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, serving dinner and shaking up refreshing cocktails inspired by native flora. Patrons can soak up the soul-filling country ambience on the back verandah or watch all the kitchen action from the bar seating out the front. An early 1900s bakery complete with wood-fired oven is situated at the back of the property, where master baker Toshi handcrafts decadent loaves for the cafe and deli. Harvest Deli is a foodie’s perfect pantry, with decadent cheeses, homemade jams and pickles, intriguing local and international produce and Allpress coffee at the coffee cart to keep your tastebuds yearning for more.

We pottered around the cafe, deli, veggie garden, bakery and function rooms to bring you a glimpse of this iconic gastronome paradise.
