Perched on the corner of Ann and George Streets, the new venue is doing a bustling trade Monday to Friday, proffering loaded burgers and tender cuts of meat to those with rumbling bellies and mighty appetites.

The coffee window swings open at 6:00 am every weekday morning, granting cups of Vittoria coffee to the city’s earlybirds. Workers can fuel up on generous breakfast burgers or the cafe’s namesake offering, which sees eggs sharing the cutting board with crispy bacon, mushroom, haloumi, chorizo, spinach, relish and sourdough.
