Brisbane’s newest craft beer and cider festival will be pouring pints at Albion Park Raceway this weekend.

More than 130 beers and ciders will be flowing into grateful gobs this Saturday September 20 and Sunday September 21 as The Beer InCider Experience pops up in Brisbane for the first time. Open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm Saturday and 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Sunday, the outdoor festival will please palates with gourmet food and quality brews, as punters soak up live music and burlesque performances. With a focus on drinking local, drinking less and drinking better, esteemed brewers including Stone & Wood, Fortitude Brewing Co., Red Hill Brewery, All Inn Brewing Co., Green Beacon Brewing Co., Newstead Brewing Company and many more will be turning the taps all weekend.

Of course all good drinking sessions lead to good grub, and the offerings at The Beer InCider Experience will pair perfectly with your liquid indulgences. Food truck favourites The Bun Mobile, That BBQ Joint and Pizzantica will join Peel St Kitchen, Dalton Hospitality and Bald Rock Beef Jerky, while on the Sunday, Victorian brewer Killer Sprocket will be joined by Beerkary Bakery to launch its new beer Hey Juniper and present delicious beer and pastry pairings. Treat your belly to an amber ale partnered with a chocolate and crystal malt cookie sandwich, or a rye IPA matched to a rye and IPA sourdough filled with pastrami pork and sour slaw. Those looking to make an occasion of their feasting can join leading beer writer Matt Kirkegaard for a leisurely Tasting Lunch of gourmet nosh matched to Australian craft beers. Kick back with a brew and enjoy music from Jack Carty, Karl S. Williams, Liam Gerner and more, as well as live entertainment from burlesque performers.

Grab your tickets online, gather your drinking buddies and pack a picnic blanket for a weekend of serious sipping at Albion Park Raceway.
