Tuck in to some German goodness from Roesti Revolution

One of the most loved market meals is the potato roesti, made famous around Brisbane by Lutz Zschommler, the moustachioed maverick behind Roesti Revolution.

If you’ve meandered through any of the major farmers markets around town you might have heard tell of a wondrous food stall manned by a jovial German – either that or you have seen the line of hungry mouths snaking its way from the stall itself every morning. Roesti Revolution is one of the most popular street food vendors in Brisbane and for good reason – the combination of potato roesti, salsa and fresh toppings is worth salivating over.

Should you find your stomach rumbling around breakfast time while at the markets, track down Roesti Revolution and grab a serving of crispy roesti topped with ingredients such as poached eggs, bacon, forest mushroom or salmon, sour cream and chives. You can find Roesti Revolution on Saturday at the West End Markets, Carseldine Markets and Rocklea Markets or on Sunday at Eagle Farm and Boggo Road Jail Markets.
