Brisbane has well and truly embraced food-truck culture. From slow-cooked meats to zesty Mexican street snacks and indulgent desserts, our community of mobile restaurants is sure to satisfy every craving. In a celebration of our local food scene, the very first Park the Truck community extravaganza will be launching at Roma Street Parkland next Friday March 6.

Filling the inner-city oasis of Celebration Lawn, the city’s finest food trucks will be pulling to a stop and dishing out the goods from 5:30–8:00 pm. Bring the brood and set up camp on a picnic rug, sampling some of the city’s best nibbles as musicians serenade you with live music. Make your choices from vendors including The Bun Mobile, Goat Pie Guy, King of the Wings, Little Back, Vira Lata Food Truck, Oi! Taco, Fiery Deli, Fire‘N’Dough, Yummi Fruit Ice-Creamery, Juicy Jungle, Flinders Coffee, ChipTease and German Hut. Entry is free and meal prices vary between vendors.
