Tamara Lord and Candi Coonan stormed Brisbane’s raw food scene last year when they unveiled Nutri Hitt, a small business that was dedicated to providing treats and cakes that were as healthy as they were delicious. After starting out at South Brisbane food hub Wandering Cooks, Tamara and Candi quickly took Nutri Hitt to greater heights, moving from a humble market stall at Eagle Farm to a thriving wholesale business in a matter of months. Several Brisbane cafes currently stock Nutri Hitt’s range of raw, vegan, gluten-free treats, but until now there was no way for fans to get their hands on the specialty cakes for home consumption. Tamara and Candi recently opened Nutri Hitt Raw Cake Shop in Geebung, a space where the duo can produce their wholesale products as well as a selection of full-sized raw cakes for people to purchase in-store.

Nutri Hitt Raw Cake Shop caters to a growing demand for healthy treats in Brisbane’s north. Tamara and Candi have developed a concise menu of cakes available in three sizes, available to walk-ins from Tuesday to Saturday. Ten flavours are available, including white chocolate, caramel and macadamia, tiramisu, lemon, lime and coconut, chocolate marble, cookies and cream and more.
