For the last year, if you strolled down the river end of the Davies Park Market at West End, you couldn’t have missed the wonderfully colourful market stall, Juice in a Jar. It all started with Maxime Perpina (Max), who always loved a good smoothie or juice and enjoyed a healthy lifestyle. His friends would regularly pop over for a glass of his latest concoction produced from whatever was in season locally and encourage him to take it to the community.

Finally Max decided to set up a commercial kitchen in West End and has been proudly selling is precious liquids to the market crowds under the name Juice in a Jar ever since, with enticers such as Island Juice, Energy Juice, Green Smoothie and Strawberry Dream.
