Founded by product designer Michael Leung, HK Honey brings together beekeepers, artists and designers to install and maintain hives amongst the high-rise apartments of Hong Kong. Connecting local people with local beekeepers and supplying them with local honey, HK Honey brings people closer to the origins of their food in a city that lacks green space.
