Byron Bay-based brewery Stone & Wood has entered the cider market in stellar fashion, coming forth with Treehouse Cider, the first drop from Stone & Wood’s cider branch, Granite Belt Cider Co. – a subsidiary of Stone & Wood through it’s alternative business hub. Granite Belt Cider Co. employs the supreme talents of cider maker Luke Rutland to create a fresh and crisp cider, made from crushed Granite Belt apples.
Treehouse Cider includes no added sugar, concentrates or artificial flavours, boasting a crisp aroma and a medium dry finish. The brand is working with orchardists and growers in the Granite Belt region, supporting farmers by using locally sourced apples exclusively.
