Snack time made easy with Fine Fettle Flats

Snack foods have come a long way since the sugar-filled days of Uncle Tobys Roll-Ups. Made in Sydney, Fine Fettle Flats can be snacked on in all their flavoursome plain (and preservative- and gluten-free) glory or used as an alternative to crackers with dip, cheese or some smashed avocado. The brand has been around for a couple of years now, but has just executed a packaging refurb and introduced a new flavour – Spiced Pear & Hazelnut. We’re quite partial to the Sweet Corn & Paprika, which contains corn, linseed, red onion, freshly squeezed lemon juice, water, garlic, parsley, sea salt, paprika and spices, and is smashed together and dried to retain all that natural goodness. Flavours of Tomato & Basil and Zucchini & Almond also feature, with all varietals available at Sourced Grocer in Teneriffe. Tip: store flats in an air-tight container for ultimate freshness.
