As far as we’re concerned, one Christmas a year is simply not enough. It’s fortunate that Brisbane City’s Riverside Centre feels the same way, so the good folks behind the various Eagle Street venues have banded together to throw a Christmas in July bash like no other. The precinct will be transformed into a white winter wonderland, complete with ballerinas in roving snow globes and aerial performers.

From 5:30 pm ‘til late tomorrow night, Friday July 31, venues such as Jellyfish Restaurant, Navala Churrascaria, The George Bar and Bistro, Black Bird Bar & Grill, Pig ‘N’ Whistle Riverside, The Groove Train and Friday’s Riverside will be putting on festive Christmas dishes and winter tipples. From sumptuous three-course feasts and traditional turkeys to spiced gluhwein and complimentary bottles of Veuve Clicquot, the offerings will be sure to get you in the mood for celebrating.
