Tucked into a front corner of Charlie’s Fruit Market in Everton Park, Charlie’s Raw Squeeze dishes up raw, vegan, organic offerings with plenty of gluten-, dairy- and refined sugar-free options available.

The famous Squeeze Bowls see a generous layer of fresh fruit topped with your choice of three different blends, from the acai to peanut butter or green bowl, as well as seasonal specials like the Cherry Ripe or Snickers-inspired concoctions. Dairy-free smoothies like the Choc Banana-Rama are made on almond or coconut milk, while organic Elixir Coffee can also be teamed with Bonsoy. Cold-pressed juices from the Lean Green Cleansing Machine to the Liquid Gold can be made fresh or found bottled in the fridge, alongside small bottles of takeaway cold-press coffee. Almost all of the edible goodies are made in-house – even down to the raw granola packed with goji berries, slivered almonds, macadamias and cinnamon – with the exception of Nutri Hitt’s slices and Kehoe’s Kitchen organic raw activated paleo bars. Be tempted by treats ranging from fresh fruit cups, raspberry mousse and raw squeeze balls to hearty salads, raw vegetarian tacos, vegan pumpkin muffins and dairy-free chia and cacao puddings made on coconut yoghurt.
