If you like to wet your whistle, share a few yarns and ponder the finer points of a pint of beer, then the Beer InCider Social Club will feel like the family you never knew you had. Launched late last year, the club offers a monthly catch-up for appreciators of boutique beer and cider in a non-pretentious setting. Industry experts share their knowledge as members sip and sample craft brews and ask the big questions to those in the know. The host venue will change each month, as will the live band bringing the backing music.

Former lawyer turned founder Marty Keetels kicked off the first Beer InCider event in December last year, which saw Calibre Craft Beer Trading Co.’s Daniel Rickard and Brewhouse Brisbane’s Grant Clark enlightening palates and punters.
