Banneton Bakery opens at New Farm

From bustling weekend market stalls to permanent outfits in Ashgrove and Woolloongabba, Banneton Bakery has slowing been growing an empire of deliciously fragrant boutique bakeries.

Adding a new locale to the list, Banneton Bakery has now brought its time-honoured traditional bread-making methods to New Farm. Preparing its wholesome doughs gently, without artificial improvers or additives, Banneton’s addictive bready creations range from slabs of garlic-smeared Turkish bread to sticky danishes, sweet brioche and pumpkin scones.
