TWE Banneton Bakery

Brisbane’s Banneton Bakery extends two locations

Banneton Bakery’s Ashgrove and Woolloongabba outlets have benefitted from significant extensions, creating cosy sanctuaries for autumn nibbling.

The clever folk behind Brisbane’s Banneton Bakery couldn’t have timed their new extensions better, with cold weather cueing our cravings for warming nosh in cosy settings. Loaves of fresh olive and rosemary bread, crunchy baguettes and rounds of signature sourdough are emerging from the bakery’s woodfired ovens, ready for you to devour in sweet new settings.

Banneton’s Woolloongabba venue has now opened up the rear room, inviting customers to take a seat next to the woodfired oven Thursday through to Sunday. The Ashgrove outlet has also benefitted from a refit, with the venue now spilling over into the building next door. The extended space will continue to evolve in the coming weeks, with greenery, cosy couches and an exposed brick wall completing the fit-out. The Ashgrove menu is also set to receive a boost, with new dishes being added to the current offerings, while staying true to the bakery-cafe concept.
