The City Sounds offers up some of the best players on the local music scene in free inner-city performances. The program will be extended from the weekend of Friday April 17–19 with the addition of Saturday evening gigs in Reddacliff Place. On Friday, catch Alice Night playing lunchtime gigs at Post Office Square, Paul Bonetti playing in the afternoon at Milano Cafe and Golden Sound easing us into the evening at Post Office Square’s Friday Nights on the Green. Saturday will see Hailey Calvert playing three shows over lunch at Milano Cafe, before the Shannon Marshall Trio brings soul and jazz sounds to Reddacliff Place at 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
