Rock & Roll Writers Festival

Rock & Roll Writers Festival

Writing is badass, guys, and the Rock & Roll Writers Festival is back in 2017 to prove it. The festival once again features a fearless program designed for fans and lovers of music and books.

The festival is a one-of-a-kind, weekend-long curated event that initiates discussion of how music and literature influence each other. This is achieved by bringing together leading authors, musicians and artists in a program of interviews, presentations, talks and panel discussions for your viewing and aural pleasure (and education!).

A killer line-up of authors, musicians, commentators and ratbags will share their stories, processes and passion for music and writing over the weekend. The 2017 offering is looking very schmick indeed, with the likes of Nick Earls, Sophie Howarth, Mike Noga, Cash Savage and Hugo Race already announced with plenty more where that came from.

This year’s blessed venue is the Old Museum, adding an extra-special touch of ambience to the occasion. You can keep up to date with festival happenings over at the Facebook event page.
