What better way to celebrate summer than with champagne and oysters? These two play the starring role in Oyster Hour at Stoke Bar, set to be the toast of the season.

Oyster Hour will be happening from 11:00 am to 12 noon every Friday, Saturday and Sunday until the end of February and this year it features a serious upgrade – Bollinger Champagne for just $20 a glass!  The premium pop is paired with natural oysters prepared by Head Chef Matthew Wood and his team for $2.50 each.

This special event has been created to celebrate the unique Brisbane Summer lifestyle. It is the perfect starter – think a pre-lunch taster, a pre-theatre experience, a pre-shopping energiser or simply a wonderful excuse to meet with pals and soak up the sun by the river.
