Mother’s Day High Tea
This Mother’s Day spoil mum with an unforgettable High Tea in Ballroom Le Grand which features an exclusive performance by the Queensland Ballet. Guests will enjoy sweet and savoury delights prepared in the hotel’s own French Patisserie as well as free flow sparkling wine, tea and coffee and a gift for mum.

Director of training at The Queensland Ballet, Christian Tátchev will invite guests into the illustrious world of ballet, with exclusive insights into what it takes to become a true ballet dancer.

The Dancers will also be hosting a question and answer session and photo opportunities for guests with ‘Check my Photo’ on hand to capture the precious memories.

Mother’s Day Luncheon in Thyme²
Create a memorable mother’s day experience the whole family will enjoy with an indulgent interactive buffet featuring market fresh seafood, gourmet savoury dishes and decadent desserts prepared in the hotel’s French Patisserie. Sparkling Luncheon in Privé249
Chef de Cuisine, James Gallagher will present an indulgent French inspired three course luncheon within the luxurious & intimate surrounds of multi award winning privé249. Package also includes free flow sparkling wine and a gift for Mum.
