The truly boutique New Inchcolm, a member of the MGallery Collection invites you on Sunday May 3 to an afternoon with the award winning author Graeme Simsion, coupled with fine wine and canapés. This event comes as part of MGallery Hotels’ Literary Collection; a series of 9 intimate occasions – an invitation to discover, explore and toast Australian writing in truly boutique settings with impeccable style.

The cold canapés menu will include pickled Harvey bay scallop, preserved citrus and watermelon radish, air dried Brassola crisp, smoked eggplant and pickled enoki, Coffin bay oyster, lime leaf and candied ginger foam and green pea sphere Jamon snow and mustard leaf. Hot canapés available include soy glazed pork belly, nashi and mustard cress, petite beef wellingtons with Dijon emulsion, Memphis pulled pork, butternut and pumpkin seed and organic duck with mint and cherry, green apple.
