Laneway Learning: Vision Boards and Goal Setting for the New Year


Come along to this fun and interactive class to set yourself up for a successful 2015! Explore your goals whether you know them or need some gentle help to find them. Frameworks and suggestions for discovering your 2015 goals and setting them in action will be covered as well as tips to avoid procrastination and watching your goals fall by the wayside as life gets in the way. Peach class member will create a vision board in the workshop using various collage techniques. These amazing vision boards are not just a wish list but a powerful statement of intent and action!

In this Laneway Learning workshop we will show you the best way for finding your goals for 2015, setting up your goals and avoiding failure, we will teach you collage techniques for your vision board as well as some daily rituals, the importance of your environment and affirmations for success.

The workshop is step one in putting yourself and your wellbeing first for this coming year. Taking time out to really consider what you need, where you are heading and how you are going to get there is vital to your own success as well as being there for others. It isn’t selfish, it’s necessary! So allow yourself this time that’s just for YOU in a fun environment with other empowered class members!

Suzy is your teacher and she has a passion for sharing her knowledge of health and vitality following significant health challenges which lead her to the healing power of essential oils. Suzy will help all class members find the oils that best suit their needs! Undertaking a charity event with burns survivor Turia Pitt in 2015, Suzy also donates all funds raised to Interplast who are a registered charity that send surgeons to developing countries after disasters.
