Now in its 11^th year, the annual I Used To Skate Once art show is set to take over The Zoo on June 26. Featuring dozens of artworks utilising skateboard decks, the walls of the live venue will display a range of styles from artists including Deane Featonby, Jesse Olsen, Alex Gillies, Phoebe Paradise and many more. The night will also feature live performances from local bands Turnpike, Occults, Kaleshore, Forevr, El Norto and Andy Mack. The night’s festivities will be capped off with the I Used To Skare Once video competition, showcasing a range of skate-inspired clips that will be judged by Tori Garrett, Andy McKenzie and Sean Maher. Entry is free, so make sure you arrive early to ensure you get a chance to participate in one of the most anticipated events on the Brisbane social calendar.
