Treat your tastebuds to a fresh strawberry sundae, home made strawberry pie or perhaps a dollop of strawberry ice cream at the annual Bargara Strawberry Festival on Saturday August 6. The Fair is known for its delicious food, delightful entertainment, creative workshops, cool characters, competitions, rides, wonderful shopping, artworks and overall buzzing atmosphere. Central to the Bargara Strawberry Fair is the sensational strawberry. The sweetest, tastiest and juiciest strawberries are home grown in Bunderberg. The Fair is a delightful and deserving way to give recognition to Bunderberg’s local strawberry industry.

Held on the first Saturday of August, the Fair is held during the prime harvest and offers something to satisfy all ages including dancing displays, live music, non-stop singing and of course strawberry stalls. For the kids there will pony rides and a jumping castle.
