Brisbane’s Maltesers Moonlight Cinema has set up camp outside Brisbane Powerhouse, and has brought the best in new-release films, takeaway treats and beverages in tow. Running until Sunday February 23, the movie menu includes Philomena, Anchorman: The Legend Continues, The Railway Man, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, The Book Thief, and many other beguiling features.

For those who relish a sing- or dance-a-long, Dirty Dancing and Grease will also be brightening the big screen. For the full program and session times, you can visit the Moonlight Cinema’s website. Guests can also find a delicious hot food menu – which features the likes of burgers, fish and chips and hot dogs on-site – or choose to nosh from the candy bar’s snack list. You will also find wine, cocktails, beer and cider within the grounds. Gates open at 6:00 pm and films begin around 7:00 pm.
