Immerse yourself in art and music at Lynch By Night
David Lynch: Between Two Worlds will soon be winding up its tenure at GOMA, but not before hosting a series of live music performances that also gives visitors after-hours access to the display.
Blending surrealist elements with creative expression, David Lynch has carved a niche for himself in the film and art world with his unique works and style. David Lynch: Between Two Worlds is a collection of the filmmaker’s sketches, paintings, writing and movies from his early days in the industry until now. The exhibition has been on display at GOMA since mid-March and will be closing on June 7, but Lynch By Night is proving to be the perfect send off for the memorable exhibition.
On May 22, 29 and June 5, GOMA will open its doors after hours for a series of live music performances, tours, talks and film screenings. Local and national acts will be performing, such as Nonsemble, Rainbow Chan, Lucy Cliché and Teeth & Tongue as well as screenings of Mulholland Dr. and Inland Empire in the GOMA Cinémathèque.
If you can’t make it to Lynch by Night, David Lynch: Between Two Worlds will be open over the entire June long weekend, with the exhibition extended to Monday June 8.
