Acclaimed composer Ludovico Einaudi makes Brisbane debut
Inimitable Italian composer and pianist Ludovico Einaudi will be making his Brisbane debut at QPAC next month.
Brisbane locals with a passion for music can witness a Brisbane first next month as world-renowned composer and pianist Ludovico Einaudi performs in Brisbane for the very first time. Come Wednesday February 11, the Concert Hall of QPAC will be blessed with the sounds of Einaudi’s brilliant music, which weaves elements of classical, rock, electronica and world music to form a new genre-bending style. The composer’s adventurous style will be supported by a six-piece band, as he performs works from his most recent album In a Time Lapse, as well as older favourites.
The critically-acclaimed Italian maestro boasts 11 record-breaking albums, numerous film scores and an impressive run topping the iTunes classical chart with nine consecutive singles.
