Slip into your vintage frocks and slick back those quiffs for the 16th annual GreazeFest Kustom Kulture Festival at Rocklea Showgrounds this weekend.

Rock ‘n’ rollers, car buffs and fashion addicts will be donning their finest vintage attire and heading to the Rocklea Showgrounds this weekend for the popular GreazeFest Kustom Kulture Festival. Kicking off tomorrow, Friday July 31 and running to Sunday August 2, the retro extravaganza will see live bands, market stalls, fashion parades, exhibitions and more than 700 hot rods filling the festival grounds.

Swing by Friday night to enjoy an end-of-week drink at the Hula Lounge tiki bar and check out the fine pinstriping work of California’s Von Hot Rod. Saturday will see the launch of the Hot Rod Show, alongside the Fashions of the Fest Parade, tiki carving and more than 150 market stalls packed with vintage clothing, vinyl, hairdressers, barbers and tattooists. The Hot Rod Show and markets will continue to operate on the Sunday, alongside Pin-Ups on Parade and trophy presentations. International bands including The Go Getters from Sweden, Will & The Hi-Rollers from the USA and Labretta Suede & The Motel 6 from New Zealand will perform alongside Australian acts across the three days. The GreazeFest Kustom Kulture Festival will open from 7:00 pm to midnight Friday, 10:00 am to 10:00 pm Saturday and 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Sunday. Check out our snaps from previous festivals and find more information and tickets online.
