Art, craft and music combine for GOMA’s Future Collective Revel gala

The next generation of arts supporters are invited to take part in a glamorous extravaganza at GOMA on Saturday July 23, with exclusive after-hours access to the gallery’s latest exhibitions plus live entertainment.

QAGOMA’s Future Collective is a philanthropic group for young professionals that share a passion for the arts – a group that is crucially important to the survival of the arts industry and QAGOMA in particular. Future Collective members enjoy exclusive access to parts of the gallery not typically seen my many patrons, including exclusive events, behind-the-scenes tours of storage and conservation areas, private exhibition viewings and access to artist and curator talks.

On Saturday July 23, GOMA will be hosting a gala, open to the public, to get a glimpse as to what Future Collective members experience on a regular basis. Future Collective Revel will give access to the gallery after the doors close to the public, with access to the Cindy Sherman and A World View: The Tim Fairfax Gift exhibitions and live entertainment from Michelle Xen + The Neon Wild. In addition to this, guests will be treated to special cocktails on arrival and dinner by the bite from GOMA’s acclaimed kitchen. Finally, attendees can take part in a hand’s on activity with artist and blogger Rachel Burke of I make you wear it. Buy your tickets from the QAGOMA website.
