Positioned opposite Gasworks Plaza, Haven will house retail and residential over its 25 levels, including 15 sub-penthouse and penthouse apartments and eight premium two-bedroom-plus-study apartments. Residents will have access to the rooftop sky deck, which includes an infinity pool and entertainment zones with barbecues, pizza ovens and dining areas.

The ground floor of Haven will feature more than 1150 sqm of food and beverage, fashion and homewares retail, which be head up by John James, one of the key stakeholders behind the James Street precinct. John will control the leasing and ongoing management of the retail centre, working closely with Richards & Spence on the design of the spaces.

Haven has been designed by Brisbane-based Cottee Parker and is being built by Icon Construction, with the development due for completion by March 2017.
